Software available on the UL HPC platform
In June 2017, with the global inauguration of the Iris cluster (CentOS 7 based), a new modern software environment has been deployed, matching the current computing requirements of the UL projects.
Starting with July 2017, the Gaia and Chaos clusters are being migrated to Debian 8 and to the same software set. Below you will find a partial list of software available on the Iris cluster, however due to licensing, some applications may not be available on all of the UL HPC production clusters.
The previous software environment of Gaia is maintained for legacy purposes, and you will find its listing here.
