Starting October 5th, 2020, you are expected to rely on the Service Now Portal to open tickets relative to the UL HPC facility!
After 8 years of service, the ULHPC tracker portal (Redmine-based) will be decommissionned in favor of the centralized ticketing system in use within the University.
We thus kindly ask you to fall-back on Service Now for all HPC-related requests staring after Oct 5, 2020.
When in the impossibility to do so (and ONLY in this case), you can still use our mailing list hpc-team@uni.lu to report your issues.
